The conference room accommodates up to 25 persons. A full service business center is available. Business transactions are handled swiftly and promptly with the hotel’s fax, telephone and computer systems. Secretarial services are also available upon request. The entrance to the conference room is a private one, accessible from the adobe-structured hotel's wrap-around verandah.

Overnight accommodations include 14 rooms and 3 two-room suites with fireplaces and spa tubs. All rooms have down comforters, antique furnishings, robes, in-room coffee service, hair dryers and guest convenience amenities. The Groveland Hotel's outdoor courtyard, provides ambiance and casual elegance for private parties, special events, receptions and weddings as well as break out space for relaxation during business meetings.

Chef Greg Lutes is delighted to plan suitable menus of California seasonal fresh cuisine for whatever the occasion and budget demands. Chef Lutes presides over the restaurant at The Groveland Hotel and specializes in California seasonal, fresh cuisine. Herbs are from the hotel's garden and produce is delivered fresh from a nearby distributor who makes daily trips to local farms. The hotel’s Victorian Room Restaurant received the Wine Spectator Magazine Award of Excellence every year since 1998.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST

San Francisco and the Bay Area
Head east on Interstate 580 through Livermore. Near Tracy, merge on to I-205 East. Stay on I-205 until I-5 North. Take I-5 North for a very short distance. Take the first exit, Hwy 120 East toward Sonora/Yosemite. Remain on Hwy 120 East through Manteca, Escalon, Oakdale, Chinese Camp. Groveland is just past Big Oak Flat, and the Groveland Hotel can be found on the right-hand side of the road, just past the Iron Door Saloon. Turn right onto Back Street for free parking.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST

From Yosemite Valley
Follow the signs to San Francisco as you leave the park on Hwy 120. Groveland is 23 miles from Yosemite's Big Oak Flat entrance/exit. The Groveland Hotel can be found on the left-hand side of the road. Turn left onto Back Street just prior to the Iron Door Saloon.

From Mono Lake and Eastern Sierra
Follow Hwy 120 West. This spectacular route climbs Tioga Pass at 9941 feet, and winds past Tenaya Lake, spectacular granite formations with some of the world's finest sport climbing routes and unforgettable views of Half Dome from the Olmsted Point turnout. At Crane Flat, turn Right/West, following signs to San Francisco. There is a service station at this intersection. Groveland is 23 miles from the Big Oak Flat entrance/exit.
