From San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay and San Jose:
Highway 580 to Highway 205 to Manteca, then Highway 108/120 to Jamestown

From Fresno:
Highway 99 North to Merced. Then take Highway J59 North to Highway 108 - East to Jamestown and Sonora

From Sacramento:
Highway 99 South to Manteca, then Highway 108/120 to Jamestown and Sonora

From Stockton:
Highway 99 South to Highway 120/108 East to Jamestown and Sonora

From Yosemite:
Highway 120 North to Highway 108 - East to Jamestown and Sonora

From South Lake Tahoe:
Highway 89 South to Highway 88, West to Jackson. South on Highway 49 to Sonora and then Jamestown

From Reno:
Highway 395 South to Highway 108. West to Sonora then Jamestown. Sonora Pass is open during Summer and Fall only. When closed, use directions from Lake Tahoe.

From Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove:
Take Highway 156 East to US-101/156E towards Hollister. Continue to Highway 152 East. Go over Pacheco Pass and continue East, past Los Banos. Take Highway 59 to Merced and then J59 North to Sonora & Highway 108 East to Jamestown and Sonora.
